Last time the Toronto Underground Market sold tickets they were gone before I realized they were even on sale. This time I bought a pair for me and a pair to give away to one of you. But now I’m on the road, so lucky you, I have 2 pairs to give away!
To enter: tell me your favourite place to get lunch in the comments below. I’d love to hear what you order too, that’ll get you a second entry in the draw!
Draw: will be held Friday at 2pm, and the winner will be announced. Tickets will be at the door in your name, so make sure to leave an email or twitter handle so I can reach you!
If you don’t know about the Toronto Underground Market yet, you are in for a treat. Here’s what they say about themselves:
The Toronto Underground Market (TUM) is a social food market for the community to sample the food of Toronto home cooks. It is a venue for budding entrepreneurs to showcase their products. These vendors are not necessarily chefs, although some will be. This is a new kind of community market; not a farmer's market, or a food festival, but something completely unique and new to Toronto.
The driving force behind the TUM is my sheer amazement at the wealth of delicious, professional quality food being made in home kitchens. The TUM will provide an opportunity to let the broader community taste this delicious food that would otherwise only be consumed by friends and family.
