What does that mean?

For those of you new to cheapeats, Hot Spots Week is kind of like getting an insider's sampling of what's coming in cheapeats toronto 2006, while at the same time getting the opportunity to have your voice heard about what's great, or in some cases, what's absolutely awful, about the places on the list.
